Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Automation Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity for enhancing and automating HR processes using advanced technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, and natural language processing. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to support the opportunities for automation, developing and implementing automation solutions, and ensuring the successful adoption of these technologies within the HR function.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the initiative to enhance and automated relevant HR processes.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using RPA, machine learning, and natural language processing.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of automation tools and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in HR automation and recommend best practices.


Your Profile

  • BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field.
     

Duration 

This is a part time/ full-time internship (32/40 hours per week) with a duration of 6 months or longer.

Please note that in order to be considered for an internship/working student assignment, you need to be registered as a student during the entire period.
