Department Overview

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Processing of standard journal entries

• Reconciliation of accounts

• Review of entity Balance Sheets and P&Ls

• Ensuring documentation of all processes is in place

• Highlighting potential issues to management team's attention

• Coordination of  processes with other regions to ensure we move towards simple common global processes

• Work with other team members to identify process improvement opportunities within the F.O.C. and implement those improvements by working with Finance Systems and Country Finance teams

• Other ad-hoc tasks as determined by the Team Lead / GL Manager

Basic Requirements

• Accounting education - University degree in Accounting or Finance or similar accounting educational background (or about to graduate)

• Experience in accounting is an advantage

• Very good command of English (spoken and written)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Tech-savvy & solid computer skills, especially MS Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience in using reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage

• Self-motivated

• Customer-oriented and team player

• Ability to work in an intense, fast paced and multinational work environment
