Enphase is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Analytics team in Bangalore, India. This is an individual contributor role. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual who can leverage data engineering, data science, and data analytics expertise to drive informed business decisions and support key financial processes. As a high-visibility position, you will independently own and execute tasks, coordinate with various teams, and deliver actionable insights that align with Enphase’s mission of advancing renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to design and implement data-driven strategies that drive business outcomes.
• Reporting and Analytics:
Dashboard & Report Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform analyses to address specific business questions, support decision-making, and identify improvement opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
Trend Identification: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, enabling proactive resolution of potential business challenges.
• Financial Data Management:
Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage and analyze AR/AP processes, ensuring timely reporting and resolution of past due accounts.
Receivables Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance cash flow efficiency and reduce outstanding debts.
Accounting Reconciliation: Conduct detailed reconciliation reporting, resolve variances, and ensure financial data accuracy.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Data Processing: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets related to sales, operations, and financial performance.
Insight Generation: Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data Models & Algorithms: Develop and implement models and algorithms to support data analysis and predictive analytics.
Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to create models that anticipate business trends and enhance operational efficiency.
Visual Communication: Create compelling visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate data findings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Present data insights clearly to facilitate decision-making among diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with finance, operations, marketing, and IT to understand data needs and gather requirements.
Scalable Solutions: Deliver scalable data solutions that support strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Data Quality Assurance:
Data Validation: Develop and implement processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
Data Governance: Maintain data governance standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
• Business Reporting Support:
Comprehensive Reporting: Provide financial, operational, and strategic reporting tailored to Enphase’s needs.
Variance Analysis: Identify discrepancies between actual and projected performance and recommend corrective actions.

Who You Are and What You Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering: A solid engineering foundation is required to understand technical aspects of data and operations.
• MBA Preferred: An MBA is preferred to demonstrate advanced business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
• Academic Performance: Must have scored 60% or above in all major academic examinations, reflecting consistent academic performance and dedication.
• Overall Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Specialized Experience: At least 2 years in financial data management, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and reconciliation reporting.
Technical and Analytical Skills:
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data warehousing solutions.
• Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly understand and utilize new data analysis and reporting tools effectively.
• Proven Track Record: Successful experience managing priorities, risks, and deadlines across multiple parallel workflows, schedules, and deliverables.
