As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Lead Growth Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in our office in Leamington Spa. 

As the Lead Growth Manager, you will drive the definition, prioritisation, and execution of user acquisition strategies for assigned games. You'll also play a key role in mentoring and leading a team of Growth Managers, fostering their professional development. 

Cultivating strong strategic partnerships with advertising and tech partners will be essential to enhancing overall performance. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure the maximum commercial success of games and company initiatives.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead strategic initiatives including game launches, sustained campaigns, and innovation.
    • Mentor Growth Managers to foster professional development.
    • Manage team operations, ensuring efficiency in launches, project management, and dynamics.
    • Navigate complex projects with adept stakeholder management and strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Growth to execute strategy and set priorities.
    • Analyse and optimise advertising campaigns for maximum impact and effectiveness.
    • Build strategic relationships with account managers to drive performance and partnerships.
    • Oversee concurrent campaigns for live games, ensuring seamless execution aligned with objectives.
    • Monitor monetisation channels to enhance Lifetime Value (LTV) through proactive strategies.
    • Implement cost-saving measures and revenue-generating strategies for profitability and growth.
    • Deliver comprehensive reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
    • Demonstrate strict adherence to company procedures and directives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
    • Undertake additional responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks to support organisational initiatives as directed by senior leadership.

Requirements:

    • Proven track record in team management, demonstrating effective leadership and mentorship.
    • Experience in casual or midcore games, with a strong understanding of player engagement and retention strategies.
    • Prior success as a Lead Growth Manager or similar role in a comparable company, driving user acquisition and revenue growth through strategic initiatives
    • Based in one of our office hubs, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.
