The Role
As a Lead Online Programmer, you’ll be hands-on with guiding and supporting your team in maintaining and developing features and Online Services on our new AAA project.
For you, this role will be all about your people, planning and putting the project first. We want you to come in and help our online services team grow and enable a stable inclusive structure working on various aspects such as Stats Tracking, Achievement Services and various Online Multiplayer needs across a new AAA title.
As a Lead Programmer at Ubisoft, you will keep the project in focus as you drive your team in both their personal goals and progression as well as moving the project forward by priority setting with the production and technical direction teams. You’ll be empathetic to the needs of the team while decisive and confident in leadership and decision making.
