Job Description

The job involves planning and leading the work of operations teams, monitoring and evaluating the performance of equipment and teams, and ensuring compliance with production and quality processes according to company and client standards. Responsibilities include delegating activities, preparing daily reports, analyzing daily production, monitoring the implementation of new services, controlling document flow, defining process improvements, mediating conflicts, participating in hiring and firing processes, monitoring productivity, training employees, managing timekeeping, maintaining sector organization, and measuring production volume for billing. The role requires a complete secondary education and knowledge of Excel, as well as interpersonal skills, commitment, agility, dynamism, teamwork, urgency, and critical thinking.

Planejar e liderar o trabalho das equipes de operações, acompanhando e avaliando o desempenho dos equipamentos e das equipes, garantindo a conformidade aos processos de produção e qualidade, dentro dos padrões e políticas do cliente e da empresa. Identificar necessidades de treinamento das equipes de operações.

Delegar atividades, acompanhar e intervir na resolução de problemas e execução do processo;
Elaborar relatórios diários aos clientes externos e internos;
Analisar a produção diária para garantir o processamento de acordo com os níveis de serviço acordados com o
cliente;
Acompanhar e garantir a implantação de novos serviços e projetos;
Controle de entrada e saída de todos os documentos recebidos e processados no setor;
Definir melhorias no processo visando diminuir custos e agregar maior qualidade;
Mediar conflitos e problemas de relacionamento da equipe;
Participar do processo de contratação e demissões de colaboradores para a área;
Monitorar a produtividade individual dos colaboradores e a qualidade dos serviços executados;
Capacitar e dar feedback aos colaboradores;
Efetuar a manutenção do cartão de ponto, agendamento de férias, assim também como o controle de horas
extras e ausências do departamento;
Manter a organização e limpeza do setor;
Cumprir as normas e procedimentos da empresa;
Controlar de andamento e evolução do setor;
Acompanhar e, quando necessário, executar trabalho em altura superior a 2 metros;
Medir o volume de produção do setor para geração do faturamento aos clientes.

Requisitos:

Ensino Médio completo, conhecimento em Excel.

Relacionamento interpessoal; comprometimento; agilidade; Dinamismo; Capacidade para trabalhar em equipe; Senso de urgência; Senso crítico.
