Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate RPG seeks an experienced Localization Project Manager (L10N PM) for its English-speaking market. Responsibilities include building and managing Western localization data, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines, managing risks and issues, establishing and improving processes with partners and internal teams, facilitating communication, creating L10N environments, and managing team projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong English skills (business level or higher), understands localization processes within game development and publishing, and has experience with MMORPGs. Problem-solving abilities, flexible communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance are crucial. Preference is given to candidates with 7+ years of experience in translation or the gaming industry, multilingual ability, experience with CAT tools, and internal tool development experience.

- 7+ years experience in translation/gaming

- 비지니스 레벨 이상의 외국어 구사 능력 (영어)
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
필요역량
- 게임 개발 / 퍼블리싱 / 번역 관련 현지화 프로세스에 대한 이해
- MMORPG 게임에 대한 이해
- 업무 긴급도와 중요도에 따른 우선순위 선정 및 문제 해결 능력
- 유연한 커뮤니케이션 능력
우대사항
- 번역 업계 혹은 게임 업계 경력 7년 이상인 분
- MMORPG 다국가 언어의 번역 관련 업무 경험이 있으신 분
- 게임 회사에서 퍼블리싱 경험이 있으신 분
- CAT툴 등의 현지화 툴 사용 및 내부 툴 개발 경험이 있으신 분
- 영어 외의 다른 외국어가 가능하신 분 (스페인어, 중국어, 러시아어, 일본어 등)
