Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking an experienced FQA (Functional QA) specialist for their upcoming LOST ARK Mobile project. Responsibilities include balance testing (including BM and rewards), playtesting, bug reporting, and providing improvement suggestions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of game development processes, extensive experience with various RPGs (especially end-level content), and a proven ability to analyze game metrics, identify issues, and create effective reports. Proficiency in PC Lost Ark end-game content is mandatory. The role demands a meticulous approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and data visualization capabilities.
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in QA
- Extensive RPG gameplay experience
- PC Lost Ark end-game experience
- Game development process knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & reporting skills
Good to have:
- Experience with various testing tools
- ISTQB certification

- 동종 업계 3년 이상 경력
필요역량
- 게임 지표 관련 컨텐츠 분석 및 개선 제안 경험
- 문제점 및 원인 파악에 대한 집요함과 책임감
- PC 로스트아크 엔드컨텐츠 경험 필수
- 보고서 작성 및 데이터 시각화 능력 (PPT, Word, Excel…)
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
우대사항
- 여러 종류의 테스트 툴 사용 경험이 많으신 분
- ISTQB 자격증을 보유하신 분
