Job Description

The Manager, Franchise Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing Japanese franchise strategies in collaboration with the director, leveraging market assessments and data analysis. Responsibilities include marketing strategy development and execution, sharing market information and consumer insights with LOBs, providing strategic guidance and consulting, managing cross-LOB task forces and projects, managing owned media (social and official website), overseeing marketing budgets, collaborating with US stakeholders to localize and implement global strategies, sharing best practices, and contributing to the release planning of new theatrical and Disney+ releases. The role requires close collaboration with domestic, APAC, and US teams.

Must have:

5+ years brand/product marketing experience (digital marketing included)
Extensive entertainment industry knowledge
Global company experience with business-level English
Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency
Strategic thinking, project management skills
Leadership, initiative, communication, stakeholder management
Strong presentation skills

フランチャイズの市場評価とデータ分析により、ディレクターと共に日本のフランチャイズ戦略を立案、実行する（担当：マーベル、他）
戦略に基づく、マーケティング施策立案、実行
全体戦略に従い、市場情報、消費者インサイト、マーケティングカレンダーをLOBと共有し、戦略的意思決定を支援する
戦略に基づくガイダンス、コンサルティングをLOBへ提供し、マーケティング施策をマネージする
複数のLOBを対象としたタスクフォースやプロジェクトチームを運営し、フランチャイズ成長プランを実行する
Owned Media（ソーシャル、公式サイト）の戦略立案と実行、LOBと連携した投稿プランニング、運営管理
担当フランチャイズのマーケティング予算管理
USの各ステークホルダー（エンタープライズ・フランチャイズ・マネジメント、各スタジオのフランチャイズ・マネジメント、など）と連携し、グローバル戦略をローカライズし、実行する（確認・承認取得）
日本国内、APAC、USと連携し、ベストプラクティスおよびアップデートを共有する
USおよびAPACのステークホルダーの日本市場の理解を促す
コンテンツ・マーケティング（Integrated Marketing）の一員として、フランチャイズの視点から新作劇場作品、新作Disney+作品のリリース・プランニングに積極的に関与し、必要な役割を担う

必須条件:

5年以上のブランドおよびプロダクトマーケティング領域での実務経験（デジタル・マーケティング含む）
エンターテイメントおよびその業界に関する豊富な知識
グローバル企業、もしくは同等のグローバル環境における英語での実務経験（ビジネスレベル）
PCスキル：Excel、Word、PowerPoint
戦略的思考
プロジェクトマネジメント脳力、マルチタスク能力
リーダーシップ、イニシアティブ
コミュニケーション力、ステークホルダーマネジメント能力
ストーリーテリングのあるプレゼンテーション力
