Job Description

The Manager, Sales Enablement role at Remote offers a chance to shape enablement strategy and contribute to content creation and execution. This role involves driving training initiatives across sales teams, including technical and post-sales roles. The responsibilities include managing team projects, creating and maintaining sales training content, identifying company goals, building relationships with stakeholders, and supporting the Revenue Enablement Quarterly Roadmap. The role requires strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity to lead and develop a team within a collaborative Sales Programs environment. The candidate will be expected to manage team projects within 14-30 day project sprints using SCRUM or OKR Project Management frameworks, build and maintain valued relationships with key stakeholders and executives, and host Executive QBRs with direct team.
Must have:
  • Solid years in sales enablement or sales in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience in a team lead or people management role
  • Experience contributing to revenue growth at $200M, $500M, or $1B stages
  • Strong project management skills using SCRUM or OKRs
  • Experience developing training content and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and drive improvements
  • Familiarity with enablement tools like Highspot, Showpad, Docebo, WorkRamp, or similar LMS
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and collaboration tools like Notion
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience working remotely
  • Exposure to sales reporting tools like Salesforce, Sigma, or Docebo Reporting
  • Understanding of competitive intelligence or go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment

Must-haves

  • Solid years in sales enablement, sales, revenue operations, or training in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in a team lead or people management role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage team projects to a high-standard of completion within 14-30 day project sprints using SCRUM or OKR Project Management frameworks
  • Create and maintain sales training content for AE, SC, and AM teams to support skill development and role-specific success.
  • Identify company goals as they relate to core projects for the revenue enablement team, and critically analyze how these goals cascade down what tactical activities the team needs to take on in order for the business to succeed
  • Build and maintain valued relationships with key stakeholders and executives to align learning experiences with business goals and performance strategies
  • Support the development of the Revenue Enablement Quarterly Roadmap, and assist the team in prioritizing enablement requests that come up during the quarter
  • Host Executive QBRs with direct team and potentially other XFN Executives across the business; leveraging Revenue Enablement Metrics, reports, and KPIs that have been set by the Sr. Director, Revenue Enablement
  • Lead and execute core projects related to product launches, sales development, sales process, methodology, and more; based on business necessity for player-coach dynamic across leadership positions on the Revenue Enablement Team

The base salary range for this full-time position is $51,850 USD to $140,000 USD gross per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
