•    Developing and documenting test system processes and maintenance routines, including calibration, replacement schedule, repeatability test, etc.
•    Coordinating closely with the Mfg. SW Development Team to design and ensure a fault-tolerant test system.
•    Maintaining, debugging, and supporting the production facilities where the test systems are deployed.
•    Driving closed-loop response to factory and field failures (RMA) by identifying test gaps and opportunities.

Who you are and what you bring:
•    B.S/M.S. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or other suitable educational background or work experience.
•    2+ years of experience in an electrical/electronic manufacturing test environment. PCBA testing knowledge (ICT, FT) preferred.
•    Expertise with power electronics.
•    Python programming skills are a plus.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Database experience is a plus (SQL or similar)

•    Failure Analysis Techniques.

This position will support the factory operations on the 2nd shift.

The base salary range for this position for Texas candidates is $80,000 to $118,000. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions.
