Job Description

Your to-do list:

  • Develop Budgeting & Forecasting activities, monitoring actual vs. forecast.
  • Implement and supervise standard Reporting on actual Investment, both to internal and to HQ.
  • Develop and maintain Weekly/Monthly Reporting on Media Investments, both for internal and Intercompany purpose
  • Monitoring revenues by Client, Supplier and Product.
  • Coordination of activities between Group Agencies
  • Set Guidelines for updating front office media systems
  • Interface with Commercial Dept.

Qualifications

If in your past experience:

  • you've developed at least 2/3 years of work experience
  • you got an advanced knowledge of Excel
  • you developed great analytical thinking skills and income statement understanding
  • you have an excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

  • detail-oriented
  • organized and multi-tasking
  • attentive to an high quality and accurate work
