Job Description

As a Monetization Analyst at Adyen, you will develop and execute monetization strategies for new and existing products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives and market trends. You will analyze market conditions, competitor pricing, and internal data to provide insights for packaging and pricing models. You will track and report on margin performance, refine pricing models, and contribute to new product launches, setting initial pricing and making adjustments based on market feedback. This role requires someone with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a pricing-related role, preferably in the technology and B2B sector, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.

As Adyen continues to expand and deepen our product suite, we are looking for a Monetization Analyst to help us develop and implement the best monetization, packaging and pricing strategies. You will work closely together with different teams such as Product Management, Commercial Strategy and Finance. Your work will be instrumental in continuing to drive Adyen’s growth and you’ll play a major role in shaping the future of Adyen.


You will be part of our Global Commercial Pricing & Monetization team which helps define the best value-based pricing and monetization strategies and provides price guidance to the commercial organization. In addition, we enable all commercial teams in creating the best commercial price proposals by providing them with means such as tools, insights and training. Finally, we monitor price developments to be able to spot trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

What you will do

  • You develop and execute monetization strategies for new and existing products to drive sustainable margin growth.
  • You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Commercial Strategy, Finance) to align monetization strategies with business objectives and market trends.
  • You analyze market conditions, competitor pricing, and internal data to provide insights and recommendations for packaging and pricing models.
  • You track and report on margin performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization
  • You work on continuous improvement projects to refine pricing models, enhance margin growth, and stay competitive in the market.
  • You provide input on new product launches, helping to set initial pricing and discounting strategies and making adjustments based on market feedback and performance

Who you are

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a pricing related role, preferably in the technology and B2B sector
  • You have a good understanding of what it takes to develop pricing and monetization strategies, as well as the ability to execute those
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a high pace environment where you need to continuously prioritize
  • You are an effective communicator, you can build your own network in a global company and you can influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Have experience delivering projects from beginning to end
