Senior Monetization Manager needed for a mobile game with over 8 million installs and 260,000 daily players. Responsibilities include developing and implementing monetization strategies to triple income, creating new monetization tools, collaborating with the game economics team, conducting market analysis and A/B testing, monitoring key indicators, and developing new features. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in game design, focusing on monetization, liveops, and economy, with proven success in developing and implementing effective strategies. Strong analytical skills, innovative thinking, and market analysis expertise are essential. Experience with Tableau and Metabase is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Serbia, Armenia, or another agreed-upon location is required.

And we aren't stopping there, in December 2023 we entered the Chinese market, with still more ambitious plans for scaling and growing the project. We believe that along with cool gameplay and an exciting gaming experience, the success of the project also depends on a well-structured monetization. We are looking for a Senior Monetization Manager to join our team, who, together with the team, will develop and implement effective monetization strategies aimed at tripling our income.

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH

  • Development and implementation of a monetization strategy to increase the profitability of the game.
  • Innovation and creation of new tools for conducting monetization experiments.
  • Work closely with the game economics team to coordinate monetization strategies.
  • Market analysis and implementation of the best monetization practices in free-to-play games.
  • Conducting A/B testing, analyzing its results and implementing successful strategies.
  • Monitoring and optimization of key monetization indicators.
  • Development and testing of new monetization features.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • More than three years of experience working on successful projects in the field of game design in the areas of monetization, liveops, and economy. Experience in expedition projects will be an advantage.
  • Proven results in developing and implementing effective monetization strategies.
  • Strong skills in deep analysis of product metrics and developing solutions to optimize and drive their growth.
  • Ability to create and implement innovative monetization ideas and adapt to market changes.
  • Ability to analyze the market, implement best monetization practices and conduct A/B tests.
  • Experience in creating and testing new monetization features will be a plus.
  • Experience with Tableau and Metabase will also be a plus.
  • Fluent Russian.
  • Willingness to move to Serbia, Armenia or another country as agreed upon with us - we will discuss the location with the team.
