Job Description

Playtika seeks a temporary Monetization Manager to manage players across different segments based on their motivations and behaviors. Responsibilities include developing quarterly and monthly monetization plans, leveraging product features and marketing tools to encourage player engagement and spending. This role involves planning and executing strategies to boost retention and monetization KPIs, designing and implementing daily promotional campaigns across various communication channels, and collaborating with creative, operations, product, and BA teams. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or e-commerce within the online space, strong analytical and data presentation skills (Excel, Tableau preferred), and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all the players that have ever joined our games across different segments according to their motivation and behaviors.
  • Develop quarterly and monthly plans aligned with this strategy that leverages all product features and marketing tools, in addition to coming up with exciting new innovative ideas and communicating them to millions of players.
  • Plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to “stay, play and pay” and that are aligned with the retention monetization KPIs targets.
  • Develop daily promotional plans and be in charge of their implementation. This would include the campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.
  • Works closely with the creative and operations teams, product owners and BA team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing, CRM, brand or e-commerce manager or in the trade marketing field (in the online space - Advantage).
  • Analytical work experience.
  • Structural approach to data with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel, Tableau, preferably Vertica knowledge - Big advantage.
  • Methodological approach to data, together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions.
  • Strong English written/verbal skills.
  • A “people person” - positive, initiator, curious, independent and a quick learner.
  • Personal gaming background - Advantage.
