Playtika is seeking a Temporary Monetization Manager to join their team. The role involves managing players across different game segments based on their motivations and behaviors. Responsibilities include developing quarterly and monthly plans aligned with strategies, leveraging product features and marketing tools, and creating innovative ideas to engage millions of players. The manager will plan and execute monetization strategies to encourage player retention and payment, aligning with KPIs. This includes developing and implementing daily promotional plans, designing campaigns, developing communication channel creatives, launching operations, performing QA, monitoring results, and analyzing performance. The role requires close collaboration with creative, operations, product owners, and BA teams.
Must have:
  • 2+ years experience in marketing, CRM, brand, or e-commerce management.
  • Analytical work experience.
  • Structural approach to data with strong quantitative/qualitative analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Tableau knowledge.
  • Ability to present data clearly for business decisions.
  • Strong English written/verbal skills.
  • Positive, initiator, curious, independent, and quick learner.
  • Methodological approach to data.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the online space.
  • Vertica knowledge.
  • Personal gaming background.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all the players that have ever joined our games across different segments according to their motivation and behaviors.
  • Develop quarterly and monthly plans aligned with this strategy that leverages all product features and marketing tools, in addition to coming up with exciting new innovative ideas and communicating them to millions of players.
  • Plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to “stay, play and pay” and that are aligned with the retention monetization KPIs targets.
  • Develop daily promotional plans and be in charge of their implementation. This would include the campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.
  • Works closely with the creative and operations teams, product owners and BA team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing, CRM, brand or e-commerce manager or in the trade marketing field (in the online space - Advantage).
  • Analytical work experience.
  • Structural approach to data with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel, Tableau, preferably Vertica knowledge - Big advantage.
  • Methodological approach to data, together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions.
  • Strong English written/verbal skills.
  • A “people person” - positive, initiator, curious, independent and a quick learner.
  • Personal gaming background - Advantage.
