Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Graphic/Motion Graphic Designer to join our team and help us visually communicate our innovative solutions. You'll be responsible for creating a wide range of visual content. You will also be able to work closely with our Design team on our software UI Designs. You'll be a key player in shaping the visual identity of NowPurchase. Your creativity and technical skills will be essential in helping us capture the imagination of our target audience.

What will be your role?

• Explainer videos and animations that showcase our platform's capabilities and user experience.
• Compelling infographics and data visualizations that clearly communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
• Eye-catching marketing materials such as website graphics, social media assets, and presentation decks.
• User interface (UI) elements for our web and mobile applications (working collaboratively with the UX/UI Design Team).

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in graphic design, animation, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and potentially animation software like Maya or Cinema 4D.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling work. Graphical Expertise in Illustrations (2D + 3D), Image Editing & Motion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You'll be working closely with a variety of team members, including engineers, product designers, and marketing professionals.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A bonus if you have: Experience creating user interface (UI) elements. Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.

Preferred Add-ons

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Design or related field (e.g. UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, etc.).
• We value the skills and expertise of candidates over the number of years of experience they have. While we do not reject candidates solely based on their years of experience, having at least 1 year of real industry-based work experience in the field of Graphic/Motion Graphic design would be beneficial. We do not consider cosmic work as experience, only real industry-based work will be taken into consideration.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies.
• Experience designing for SAAS and/or enterprise-level applications.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
