Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Together, we are solving the prevalent problem of loneliness and shaping Social Life 3.0 — a new digital reality where people will be able to fulfill their needs for communication and attention from other people and artificial life forms.

Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for a Partnership Manager for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Research and identify relevant events, shows, and activations in the US and UK that align with the target audience
    • Lead the planning and execution of the dating app's physical and virtual activations across the US and UK
    • Collaborate with third-party suppliers, event organizers, and agency partners to ensure flawless event execution
    • Actively seek and implement innovative, digital-first ideas for events that maximize lead generation and user engagement
    • Work closely with the creative team to develop promotional content that highlights upcoming events and engages the target audience
    • Manage the budget for events, activations, and engagements to ensure cost-effectiveness while maximizing impact
    • Produce comprehensive post-event reports, including user acquisition metrics, engagement rates, and feedback

    We expect from you:

    • Knowledge of Russian and English (C1+)
    • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in event marketing or partnerships
    • Proven experience in planning and executing partnership activations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of current trends and a constant eye on pop culture
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
