Penumbra seeks a Pricing Specialist EMEA to streamline pricing and acquisition workflows for innovative products. Responsibilities include ensuring pricing aligns with market conditions and regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal teams to provide accurate pricing information to hospital purchasers, maintaining accurate pricing files, addressing pricing inquiries, and resolving order discrepancies. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree and pricing specialist experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, familiarity with ERP/SAP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Pricing Specialist EMEA (m/f/d) based in Europe to start as soon as possible.

What You’ll Work On

    • Streamline and maintain efficient pricing and acquisition workflows to support Penumbra's innovative products.
    • Ensure pricing aligns with market conditions, company strategy, and regulatory requirements while balancing profitability and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate pricing and discount information for hospital purchasers, fostering trust and transparency.
    • Oversee and organize pricing files, ensuring they remain accurate, up-to-date, and easy to access for improved operational efficiency.
    • Address pricing inquiries and resolve order discrepancies promptly, delivering exceptional customer support.

What You Contribute

    • Bachelor’s degree with experience as pricing specialist or related experience.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with financial systems such as: ERP/SAP.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, with proficient knowledge in Excel required.
    • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
