You will contribute to building a robust platform that automates and simplifies intricate business processes. This role requires a strong foundation in front-end technologies, a strategic architectural mindset, and the ability to mentor and guide teams in delivering scalable, maintainable, and forward-thinking software solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of frontend applications focusing on React.js or Angular frameworks, ensuring scalability, performance, and security

  • Deep knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Angular RxJS

  • Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

  • Strong understanding of front-end performance optimisation and browser internals

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a proactive and mentoring mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js to facilitate full-stack architectural understanding

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalisation.

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)

  • Prior experience in agile development environments and DevOps practices
