Job Description

The Global Procurement team is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Sofia for maternity cover. This role will support Central and Western European countries with quoting and purchase order activities. Responsibilities include managing service desk requests, requesting quotations from suppliers, creating purchase requests and purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods/services, and processing invoices in Oracle. The position requires strong supplier and internal stakeholder management skills.

Must have:

Supplier relationship management
Internal stakeholder management
English (Intermediate level and above)
Create Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders
Support timely delivery of goods/services

Good to have:

Experience in international and distributed teams
Ability to work in Oracle environment
German: B1 Intermediate
