Job Description

As Teamlead HR&IT you are responsible for the management and further development of our people & culture team as well as the management of our office IT team. You decide where you work: at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix. You will lead a 3-person People & Culture team in technical and disciplinary terms. You will lead the 2-person office IT team in a disciplinary capacity. In direct coordination with the management, you are responsible for the management and implementation of strategic HR initiatives and drive forward our new work approaches at coliquio. You will further develop central processes and policies from administrative processes to personnel planning, development, personnel controlling, retention management and performance management. You ensure that all HR-related processes (full employee life cycle) run smoothly. You will provide advice to our managers and management on employment law and HR-related matters. You coordinate closely with our Group recruiting team to ensure that all coliquio positions are recruited appropriately by the team. You are responsible for budget management in your areas.
Must have:
  • Extensive experience in a generalist role

  • Fluent in German, very good knowledge of English

DEINE CHALLENGE 
Als Teamlead HR&IT bist Du für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres people & culture Teams verantwortlich sowie die Führung unseres Office IT Teams. Dabei entscheidest du, wo du arbeitest: an einem unserer Standorte in Konstanz bzw. München oder eine hybride Mischung. 
DAS ERWARTET DICH:
  • Du führst ein 3-köpfiges People & Culture Team fachlich und disziplinarisch
  • Du führst das 2-köpfige Office IT-Team disziplinarisch
  • In direkter Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung trägst du die Verantwortung für die Leitung und Umsetzung von personalstrategischen Initiativen und treibst unsere new work Ansätze bei coliquio weiter voran
  • Du entwickelst zentrale Prozesse und Policies von administrativen Prozessen, über Personalplanung, -entwicklung, Personalcontrolling, Retention Management, Performance Management weiter
  • Dabei stellst du einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller personalrelevanten Prozesse (full employee life cycle) sicher
  • In arbeitsrechtlichen und personalbezogenen Angelegenheiten stehst du unseren Führungskräften und der Geschäftsleitung beratend zur Seite
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit unserem Konzernrecruiting Team ab, um sicherzustellen, dass alle coliquio Stellen entsprechend gut durch das Team rekruitiert werden
  • Du bist für das Budgetmanagement in deinen Bereichen zuständig
 
DAS BRINGST DU MIT: 
  • Du bringst umfassende Erfahrung in einer Generalisten-Funktion sowie langjährige Führungserfahrung mit
  • Du hast bereits organisationsübergreifende Strategien im Personalwesen entwickelt und geleitet
  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Personal- sowie Organisationsentwicklung mit
  • Idealerweise Affinität zu IT-Themen im Bereich Office Infrastruktur
  • Mit hoher Kommunikationskompetenz und Pragmatismus überzeugst du im Umgang mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
  • Erfahrungen in Zusammenarbeit auf Konzernebene ist wünschenswert
  • Deutsch sprichst du fließend und du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bei Integrationsprojekten im internationalen englisch-sprachigem Umfeld
  • Hands on Mentalität und sicheres Auftreten in stressigen Situationen
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Dienstleistermentalität
