As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the gaming portfolio. You will lead and manage a team of product managers, analysts, and designers to deliver exceptional gaming experiences. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing KPIs, conducting market research, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will also define game features, monetization strategies, and implement live operations strategies to ensure ongoing player engagement and revenue generation.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  1. Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the gaming portfolio.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers, analysts, and designers to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, art, design, marketing, and user acquisition, to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
  4. Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and inform decision-making.
  5. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs.
  6. Develop and maintain product documentation, including feature specifications, user stories, and user flows.
  7. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch support, updates, and continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and releases while maintaining high quality standards.
  9. Define and prioritize game features, mechanics, and monetization strategies to maximize user engagement, retention, and revenue.
  10. Develop and implement live operations strategies, including events, promotions, and content updates, to drive ongoing player engagement.
  11. Oversee the creation and balancing of game economies, including virtual currencies, in-game items, and pricing strategies.

Skill Sets:

  1. Strong understanding of game design principles, monetization strategies, and player psychology.
  2. Familiarity with gaming industry trends, platforms, and market dynamics.
  3. Experience with data-driven decision-making, including the use of analytics, A/B testing, and user research.
  4. Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
  6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to change and manage uncertainty.
  7. Experience with agile development processes, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  8. Knowledge of game development technologies, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or other proprietary engines.
  9. Familiarity with business and financial models, including cost projections, revenue forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  10. Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and preferences.
