Job Description

As a Product Manager for Cyber Security at Google's Chronicle, you'll guide products from conception to launch, bridging technical and business needs. You'll analyze, position, and promote solutions for enterprise cybersecurity users. Key responsibilities include designing commercial models, understanding cybersecurity markets, driving projects through their lifecycle, and managing product roadmaps. You'll collaborate extensively with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams. This role demands deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity and involves handling data at scale within Google's cloud-native SecOps platform.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years product management or related technical role
5+ years cybersecurity experience
2+ years taking products from conception to launch
Cross-functional collaboration
Roadmap management

Good to have:

Experience managing technical/design direction
SaaS product development and scaling experience
Influencing stakeholders without direct authority

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
5 years of experience in cyber-security.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
Experience in developing and scaling Software as a Service (SaaS) products/technologies.
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Design and identify commercial business models/needs into technical solutions.
Understand enterprise cybersecurity users, markets, competition, and products in-depth.
Drive projects through their entire lifecycle (requirements, design, development, launch, landing).
Design and manage the roadmap for your designated product area by effectively prioritizing requests from Customers, Sales, and Engineering teams.
Work with Engineering, User Experience, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders on launches, landings, and product initiatives.
