The Director of eCommerce Product Management at Wizards of the Coast will lead a product organization, building a best-in-class eCommerce experience across direct-to-consumer and B2B channels (Hasbro Pulse, D&D Beyond). Responsibilities include building and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, championing data-driven decisions, analyzing eCommerce trends, and leading relationships with technology providers. The role requires delivering exceptional business results through innovative products that delight customers and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience leading eCommerce product management teams and a passion for digital innovation.

Are you a passionate product leader that is able to craft compelling, customer-centric product visions and strategies? Wizards of the Coast is looking for a Director of eCommerce Product Management to drive innovation and deliver eCommerce products and features that support both our global direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels, such as Hasbro Pulse and D&D Beyond (DDB) marketplace.

 

In this role, you’ll lead an efficient and effective product organization that builds a best-in-class experience through features that deliver engaging and fun experiences for our customers. You are responsible for identifying new opportunities and leading cross-functional teams to enhance how our community interacts with our products. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with functional and technical leaders to build and implement the product vision and roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment between product, engineering, design, marketing, and other key partners.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making to identify and validate new product opportunities
  • Continuously analyze emerging eCommerce platform features and opportunities, identifying ways to optimize product offerings and increase engagement with fans.
  • Lead the relationship with key technology providers, ensuring seamless execution of the eCommerce strategy across platforms.
  • Deliver exceptional business results through innovative product solutions that delight customers and drive revenue
     

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience leading product management teams with a focus on eCommerce or digital product development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading product teams to align with business goals.
  • A high digital knowledge, with a passion for staying at the forefront of eCommerce trends, emerging platforms, and evolving shopping experiences.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and leverage data insights to inform product decisions and improve overall business performance.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage projects while effectively communicating with senior management.

Compensation Range (USD):

Starting: $172,000

Ending: $285,900
