We're looking for an experienced Business Transformation Program Manager to join our People Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Business Transformation, you will lead Payroll, Time and Benefits related programs that impact multiple departments and functional leaders across the organization. You'll be based hybrid in San Jose, Costa Rica and be responsible for:
- Create project documentation to define goals, scope, timelines, budget, change management and success criteria.
- Lead end-to-end projects to create scalable processes across several P&C areas.
- Define new processes and control points to guide business transformation efforts that yield high value.
- Partner with teams including Payroll, Finance, IT, and People Operations to define strategic goals with a short-term and long-term impact to lead financial goals of the business.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant HR work experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience developing materials for executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Structure and scope complex problems, build documentation around it, and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Demonstrated experience partnering with IT groups and teams for HR tools deployment.
- Experience working in Payroll or Benefits related projects.
- Experience driving and proposing process improvement opportunities to lead efficiency.
