Project Manager, EA Experiences

Our EA Experiences group is dedicated to ensuring great experiences for our growing communities centered around our world-renowned brands, including fan-favorites like Apex, Battlefield, EA SPORTS FC, Madden NFL, and The Sims, just to name a few. We're a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem. EA Experiences Business Operations:

The EA Experiences Business Operations position is part of the Office of the CXO and has been established to strengthen business unit operations and planning. We lead the strategic activities that create focus for Experiences goals & programs and unlock the power of cross-team collaboration. These deliver range for XO through expertise in business planning, people & culture enablement, strategic workforce planning, employee communications, billing, and operations to scale the application of these bodies of work across the organization.

As the Project Manager for EA Experiences, you will be part of the group of project managers assigned to support Fan Growth and will partner with a group of stakeholders to organize, plan, and coordinate operations on Fan Growth projects end to end. You will create timeline development, ensure progress, set up and facilitate project forums. To be successful in this role, you will plan, manage, and execute complex programs and workstreams, identify gaps and solve blockers and lead clear and timely stakeholder engagement along the way.

You'll get to work with a range of experienced, passionate, and diverse people across the organization and report to the Manager, Project Management, EA Experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large scale cross-functional and global projects, including vendor teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans and track plan progress including risk mitigation.
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Mentor team members as part of being a center of excellence for project management.
• Communicate project status reports to project teams, program owners and leadership staff.
• Conduct project retrospectives, learnings, and project closures.
• Work with Business Operations program owners to prioritize and manage work within the product line.
• Establish and apply best practices and process.

Experience

• Fluency in business tools such as: Google Suite, Jaas, Smartsheet and Airtable
