We are currently looking for an experienced Promo/Merchandise Manager to join our team (Location: Poland)
What you will work on:
- Full cycle management of promo merchandise: from sourcing and collaborating with vendors to final financial reporting.
- Ordering and overseeing the production of souvenirs for company employees, developing and ordering merchandise for conferences and other events.
- Coordinating with designers and suppliers to create unique and high-quality products.
- Managing the budget and controlling expenses at all stages of production and delivery of promotional materials.
- Monitoring the promo products market to identify new ideas and opportunities for updating the range.
- Organizing logistics for the delivery and storage of finished products.
- Assisting in the organization of internal company events (corporate parties, team-building activities, etc.).
It’s important to us:
- Experience in a similar position at a company or advertising agency (merchandise manager, promotional products specialist, purchasing coordinator, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and vendors.
- Experience handling the full work cycle: from ordering and developing products to delivery and distribution.
- Understanding of basic production processes for promo products and merchandise (materials, timelines, design, etc.).
- Budget management skills, along with planning and financial reporting capabilities.
- Experience coordinating events and a good understanding of key aspects of corporate event management is preferred.
- Proactive approach, creative thinking, and a desire to continuously improve the company's merchandise.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a multitasking environment.
