Job Description
As a Publishing Manager – Eastern Europe, you'll manage a pipeline of new games, collaborating with 15+ studios on ideation, prototypes, and iterations. You'll own multiple game launches and roadmaps quarterly, managing game P&L. This role involves direct product management and game publishing, acting as a key player in Voodoo's product strategy. Responsibilities include product management, collaboration with external studios, game launch management, P&L ownership, and contributing to overall product strategy and success.
Must have:
- Master's degree from top-tier school
- 2+ years experience in fast-paced environment
- Passion for gaming/consumer products
- Excellent analytical & communication skills
- Fluency in English and Russian
Good to have:
- Game balancing UX/UI sensitivity
- Great interpersonal skills
- Passion outside of work (art, music etc.)

Role
- You will join a small and high performing team and your main responsibilities will be:
- Product manager over your own pipeline of new games
- Work exclusively with c. 15 studios on ideation, prototypes and prototype iterations
- Own multiple game launches and their product roadmaps each quarter, along with game P&L
- Be a part of Voodoo's front line in product management and games publishing
Profile
- You hold a masters degree from a top tier Business/engineering school
- You have 2+ years experience in a fast-paced environment (Consulting, Investment Banking, Startup)
- You are passionate about gaming and/or consumer products
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Good game balancing UX/UI sensitivity
- Great interpersonal skills and openness to feedback
- Fluency in English and Russian
- You have a passion outside of work (art and crafts, music..)
