We’re seeking our first Customer Success Manager to lead our post-sales customer efforts. This person will be the main point of contact for customers with a focus on setting up and iterating on customer onboarding, adoption, and upselling processes. We’re particularly seeking candidates who are passionate about customer experience and who are excited to think strategically while building from the ground up.

However, there is a big problem. Although demand is big and rising, supply is limited and highly manual. This is because digital 3D asset creation is a labour-intensive, time-consuming process. 3D artists are highly skilled people who spend years learning the steep learning curve software that allows them to create 3D content.
This is the problem we have set out to solve.
We are building ML algorithms that turn 2D images, art and sketches into 3D models and we are focused on the applications of the technology for games and e-commerce. We are also building a web app that our customers use to track all their content creation, as well as an API.
