Playtech is looking for an experienced Release Project Manager with great communication skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Be rolling out software updates and new releases of Bingo applications
• Have constant communication within Bingo Product, Bingo Dev, Bingo QA and Bingo Graphics Leads for managing product release lifecycle
• Coordinate licensee-related UAT feedback and place them into the internal issue-handling processes
• Coordinate Bingo's new brand launches
• Be the main point of contact for Licensees related to Bingo software change requests and version upgrades
• Manage Bingo release-related Jira tasks and Informational confluence pages
• Manage licensee-specific Bingo software’s feature activations
• Deal with ongoing ITIL-based internal and external process improvement
• Engage with Product Operations specialists and developers for successful release verification and troubleshooting of staging and production environment

• Have higher education, preferably in information technologies or project management
• Bring experience working in a team-oriented environment
• Have experience working in multicultural work environments
• Have an excellent oversight and prioritization skills of tasks and assignments in the pipeline
• Have knowledge of general IT infrastructure, networks, ITIL Framework
• Have excellent spoken and written English
• Are customer-centric with excellent communication skills
• Have negotiation skills
• Have self-organization skills
• Very good analytical and troubleshooting skills

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Our team is offering innovative and diverse digital products that meet the needs and wants of our customers and their end users. Our core product is a comprehensive web-based online platform that provides a wide variety of games supplemented by content.
