Job Description

Tesla is seeking highly motivated individuals for a Sales & Delivery Trainee program in Singapore. This comprehensive program involves job rotation between retail and delivery operations, providing a thorough understanding of the innovative technology industry. Trainees will work on hands-on projects, collaborate across teams, and contribute to Tesla's mission of accelerating sustainable energy adoption. The role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for Tesla's products and mission, and a valid Singapore driver's license with a clean driving record. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is expected. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Tesla is currently seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our sales and delivery team Singapore. Throughout the program, you will tackle hands-on projects and design challenges, constantly upending conventions and pushing boundaries. You will also collaborate across disciplines and borders to support our shared mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

The Trainee Program is a comprehensive program with job rotation opportunities between retail and delivery operations. You will work closely with different business functions allowing you to gain a thorough understanding and insight of the innovative technology industry.

What You’ll Bring

Graduates in any field of study
Passionate about Tesla's mission and products. Knowledge on EV industry trends are advantageous
Demonstrated leadership abilities in extracurricular activities or any other exceptional achievement
Valid driver’s license in Singapore with a clean driving history
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Candidate in immediate availability is highly preferred
