Job Description

Teads is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join the Sales Team in Warsaw, Poland. The primary focus will be to promote the sale of the platform to key agency and client accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting and closing business with targeted accounts, developing strong client relationships, working with internal teams to ensure a united vision, representing Teads in the online marketplace, meeting revenue targets, ensuring high client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to leverage existing relationships. Candidates should have prior digital media sales experience, strong programmatic knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

About the opportunity 

Teads is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our growing Sales Team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our platform to key agency and client accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and close business with a targeted list of agency and advertiser accounts

Develop strong, mutually beneficial long term relationships with clients

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with

clients

Represent Teads in the online marketplace and become an active Brand Advocate

Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets

Work closely with Client Services, Ad Operations, and Sales Planning, to ensure

client campaign expectations are communicated internally

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase

incremental revenue

Identify opportunities to leverage existing business relationships and open new ones

 

Experience/Background

Prior digital media sales experience is a must, ideally within branding and

performance

Proven in depth relationships and experience on ad sales and management

Strong programmatic knowledge/experience is required

Previous technology platform experience a big plus

Understanding of the digital market

High English language level written and spoken. Native Polish speaker

Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced scale up working environment

Outstanding communication and presentation skills (in both Polish and English)

Driven, passionate, entrepreneurial mindset and an ultimate team player

Strong organizational skills
