Responsibilities:

- Productivity Improvement / Continuous improvement / Internal transformation role where they have performed -- Process discovery -- Effort / Time and motion analysis -- Service level improvements -- Data analysis, benchmarking etc. - Delivery excellence engagements/ business process transformation including driving lean, six-sigma - Digital transformation experience including process digital maturity assessment; identification of automation opportunities; business case etc. - GCC consulting projects to design and implement fit-for-purpose operating models, including shared services; outsourcing. - Managing change and communication - Coaching large teams and key client stakeholders as part of transformation projects - Leading and facilitating client workshops including value-stream mapping workshops

Mandatory skill sets:

- Lead a team - Lead project workstreams - Support with Business development - Coach and guide the project team - Manage timelines and resources on projects - Manage Project Economics - 3- 6 Years of experience with At least 4 year relevant to JD
