Infoblox is seeking a Business Strategy and Pricing Manager to join their Global Products team in Bangalore, India. Reporting to the senior director of Pricing and Licensing, this role involves supporting Infoblox's pricing and packaging strategy, the monetization project pipeline, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to shape critical long-term and near-term pricing and packaging strategy. This role will involve conducting research on product, customer, competitor, and financial data, analyzing transaction data, building analytical models, collaborating with internal teams, translating complex information into actionable insights, identifying revenue opportunities, managing projects, presenting recommendations to senior leaders, and supporting operational elements. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS strategy and operations, with a strong focus on networking and security domains.
Must have:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS strategy and operations
- 4+ years focused experience in networking and security domains
- Proven success in designing and implementing SaaS pricing and packaging initiatives
- Proficiency in transaction analysis, survey building, and conjoint modeling
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience on SKU management using Oracle Fusion and Salesforce tools
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or mathematics
Good to have:
- Experience on SKU management using Oracle Fusion and Salesforce tools
- Hands-on experience on large scale survey design and development in tools like Qualtrics

We are looking for a Business Strategy and Pricing Manager to join our Global Products team in Bangalore, India, reporting to the senior director of Pricing and Licensing. In this role, you will support Infoblox’s pricing and packaging strategy and the monetization project pipeline. You will also collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization to shape critical long-term and near-term pricing and packaging strategy. What you’ll do:
- Conduct research on product, customer, competitor, and financial data
- Analyze transaction data and build analytical models to inform overall strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, and PMO and validate findings through customer surveys
- Translate complex information into actionable insights using conjoint modeling, surveys, and transaction analysis
- Identify revenue opportunities by working closely with cross-functional teams
- Manage projects and drive change within the Go-To-Market (GTM) team
- Take full ownership of workstreams or projects in small cross-functional teams
- Present concise recommendations to senior leaders
- Support operational elements, including SKU rollout
- Develop price lists and coordinate with Channel and Sales Enablement teams
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 4+ years focused experience in B2B SaaS strategy and operations, with relevant project work in networking and security domains
- Proven success in designing and implementing 8+ SaaS pricing and packaging initiatives
- Proficiency in transaction analysis, survey building, and conjoint modeling
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Preferable experience on SKU management using Oracle Fusion and Salesforce tools
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or mathematics preferred
- Excellent data driven acumen, financial modeling, and expertise in tools like Excel, BI, Tableau, and statistical analysis
- Well versed in developing PowerPoint presentations and Excel models
- Hands-on experience on 3-6 large scale survey design and development in tools like Qualtrics and conducted data insight generation from external voice of customer surveys preferred
What success looks like:
- Understand Infoblox's product suite and the strategic goals of monetization and packaging transformations
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the company and collaborate on projects leveraging data and analysis to contribute to the overall products strategy
After six months, you will…
- Own at least 1-2 individual pricing and packaging projects
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure organization is aligned with overall pricing strategy and operations
