Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager for Web Application Firewall as a Service (WAFaaS), you'll be responsible for developing and growing this cutting-edge product. Key responsibilities include creating and managing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support), conducting market analysis and competitor research, gathering and prioritizing requirements, championing user experience, acting as a product evangelist, and monitoring KPIs. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in product management, a strong understanding of SaaS, and excellent communication skills.

Must have:

5-8 years experience in product management (cybersecurity focus)
Proven track record of successful product launches
Strong understanding of SaaS product management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Data-driven decision-making abilities
Experience with agile development

Good to have:

MBA or equivalent experience
Experience with product-led growth concepts

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development and growth of our cutting-edge product, Web Application Firewall as a Service (WAFaaS) . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management, strong technical acumen, and a proven track record of successfully bringing data-centric products to market. As the Senior Product Manager for WAFaaS, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap and feature set, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

What you’ll be working on:

Roadmap Development: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing support.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor research and customer feedback, to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and development teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
User Experience: Champion the user experience and ensure that WAFaaS meets the highest standards of usability and customer satisfaction.
Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally, communicating the value proposition of WAFaaS to customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of Data WAFaaS in the market.

What you bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 
5-8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on cyber security products. 
Proven track record of successfully bringing software products to market, from ideation to launch.
Strong understanding of SAAS product management, operational practices, product analytics, and product led growth concepts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. 
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
Experience working in an agile development environment.
