Devoted Studios is on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Product/Project Manager to take the reins of our cutting-edge Fusion Platform! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the successful delivery of new features and enhancements for our B2B platform, launching in mid-April 2025. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from business analysts to engineers, ensuring that every feature aligns with our strategic goals and delivers real value to our users.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in SaaS product management, who thrives in fast-paced, live product environments. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, ensuring that both short-term deliverables and long-term vision come together to shape a product that meets business needs, drives revenue, and remains competitive in the marketplace.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Feature Owner at a SaaS company, successfully delivering complex features.
• Experience managing live products, with a strong understanding of the challenges involved in maintaining and improving live services over time.
• Understanding of B2B product dynamics, with experience tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of business clients and driving long-term partnerships.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Data-driven decision-making: Expertise in leveraging product analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics to optimize features and track KPIs.
• Product lifecycle management: Experience leading the development of features from concept to post-launch iterations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to manage timelines, track progress, and ensure seamless team collaboration.
• Backlog management & prioritization: Ability to balance user feedback, stakeholder needs, and business priorities to maintain an aligned product roadmap.
• Risk management: Ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time delivery, with strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Ukrainian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to define and continuously refine the strategic product vision in alignment with overall business goals. Formulate and communicate a comprehensive product strategy, leveraging market analysis, competitor research, and emerging industry trends.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage product analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics to guide product enhancements and ensure informed decision-making. Set clear KPIs in collaboration with the CCO, regularly review progress, and identify areas for optimization.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the development of platform features throughout their lifecycle, from concept to production, user feedback, and post-launch iterations. Ensure a seamless transition of features from development to live services evolution.
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Build and maintain detailed roadmaps for the evolution of core features across the platform. Ensure these roadmaps are aligned with business objectives and regularly updated to reflect changes. Collaborate with the Project & Delivery Manager to synchronize the overall product roadmap.
• Revenue & Monetization: Develop revenue projections for key platform features, forecasting their monetization potential and impact on overall business goals.
• Sprint & Iteration Planning: Work with the CCO and platform leadership team to plan and prioritize sprints, ensuring iterative progress toward product milestones. Ensure resource allocation is optimized across teams.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee capacity management, skill development, and smooth handoffs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, marketing, finance, and business development teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Backlog & Feedback Management: Maintain the product backlog, incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders, clients, and user testing. Ensure the backlog remains aligned with platform strategy and product priorities.
• Competitive Analysis & Innovation: Monitor competitive platforms and emerging technologies for potential build-buy-license opportunities. Ensure the product remains innovative and competitive within the market.
• Feature Planning & Execution: Lead feature planning meetings and ceremonies (including grooming and release planning). Set clear agendas, coordinate team efforts, and document follow-up actions and decisions.
• Project & Resource Management: Lead the hiring, planning, and capacity tracking for platform team resources, including developers, QA, and designers. Establish clear project scopes, goals, and timelines, and manage potential risks.
• Process Improvement: Continuously monitor project progress and identify opportunities for process optimization. Proactively suggest and implement new processes to enhance team efficiency and product development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder expectations and serve as the primary point of contact for feedback and updates. Track project status, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Documentation & Reporting: Oversee all project documentation, including sprint tasks, time tracking, and status reports. Ensure clarity and transparency across tools like Jira and Confluence.
