About the Opportunity

OKX is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to oversee the collection of data requirements, follow up on data-related issues, and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance the experience of data users across the company.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Data Request Management: Understanding business use cases, prioritize data requests to make sure requests can be delivered with the proper data architecture Collaborate with the Data Engineer team to design internal data pipelines/models to improve operational efficiency and support strategic business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and SOP Development: Partner with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving improvements in user satisfaction rate.
  • Data Governance: Collaborate closely with data, backend, and frontend teams to initiate and lead data governance projects, ensuring a robust and scalable data infrastructure to empower business growth.

What We Look For In You:

  • Minimum of 3 years in data-related fields or product management fields, familiar with data warehouses, data applications and so on.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex technical challenges in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • High level of responsibility, strong ownership and performs well under pressure.

Nice to Have

  • You have a strong interest in Crypto / Web3 industry
  • Proficient in Chinese language will be a plus to communicate with some chinese speaking engineers
