Senior Learning Partner

Senior Learning requires experience in People & Culture and the ability to act as an independent contributor within the Learning & Development Team. A broad understanding of key domains in Learning, including Instructional Design, Doing LNA, Stakeholder & Project Management, Learning Management Systems, and Facilitating Learning Events, is essential along with a track record of consistently delivering results. The role involves identifying gaps and providing insightful recommendations independently. Additionally, conducting research to support decision-making and design across all domains, as well as critically thinking about implementing the intervention.

Working within our Learning & Development team is dynamic and collaborative with a strong emphasis on teamwork and knowledge sharing. Open communication is essential, whether discussing new learning projects/methodologies, troubleshooting issues, or coordinating project timelines and their details.

We prioritize continuous learning, encouraging each team member to stay updated on trends.
