We are seeking a product manager to drive lending solutions and offerings to MSMEs in Indonesia. As a product manager, you’ll take the wheel in advocating and developing the best offering and E2E lending product experience for merchants; helping to provide financial solutions to an unbanked segment and helping them grow their businesses. You will collaborate closely with different teams within the GoTo org and cross-functional leads across Engineering, Design, and Business to craft a comprehensive roadmap. Responsibilities include representing the end user, defining product strategy and roadmap, gathering requirements, monitoring product performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features.
Must have:

About the Role

As a product manager, you’ll take the wheel in advocating and developing the best offering and E2E lending product experience for merchants; helping to provide financial solutions to an unbanked segment and helping them grow their businesses. You will collaborate closely with different teams within the GoTo org and cross-functional leads across Engineering, Design, and Business to craft a comprehensive roadmap.
What You Will Do
- Represent the end user of your product, understand them & drive the product solutions to solve the end-user problem statements
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders from Engineering, Design, Research, Business, and Operations
- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and demo them early and often
- Monitor, report and improve product peformance. Deep dive into data and identify the right problem statements and right segments to target and take an experimentation-driven product development approach
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define clear and well-scoped requirements and usability documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
- Deliver features. You put things on paper, get your hands dirty, and execute with precision to make sure products and features are launched
- Understand that “one size doesn’t fit all” and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible
- Be in the details. Know your team’s work in-depth-down to API names and contracts
What You Will Need
- Have at least 5 years of product management experience, working with fintech is a plus
- Skilled at working with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to summarize complex and technical topics to a wide range of audiences. You also know how to build trust, set goals, and get things done.
- Proficiency in data querying and analysis
- You are a self-starter, you love to understand systems inside out and make it your mission to deliver quality products
- A “Can-Do” Attitude: a positive attitude and passion for learning in fast-paced environments. We move fast!
- Ability to excel in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace
