Job Description
The role involves recruiting Rider/Driver manpower and enhancing station processes for greater effectiveness and productivity. The responsibilities include ensuring the achievement of Station KPIs and SLA monitoring, implementing improvements and evaluations for all station employees, and being accountable for deliveries and daily report updates. This position is for someone who is firm, disciplined, responsible, and possesses a high work ethic.
Must have:
- Diploma (D3) education
- Willing to be placed at Station Medan Selayang
- Experience in Expeditions preferred
- Firm, disciplined, responsible, high work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Good to have:
- Recruitment of Rider/Driver manpower
- Increase station process effectiveness
- Ensure KPI and SLA monitoring
- Improve and evaluate station employees
- Responsible for deliveries and daily reports
