Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader and team member within the US Assurance practice of a global network of professional services consulting firms, including the following areas:

• Technical Capabilities: Developing specialization in one or more areas and taking action to protect the firm through implementing risk management and compliance procedures.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in implementing and utilising automation and digitization in a professional services environment, including but not limited to:

• Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;

• Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leveraging data visualization tools to provide insights to engagement teams; and,

• Improving the business by creating capacity and delivering an enhanced employee and client experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum Years of Experience: At least ten years experience in auditing
• Credential Required: Public Accountant, or US Licensed CPA, or CPA/CA Equivalent in another Territory
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
