In this role, you will work to gain experience, understand customer needs, assist in providing solutions, and support customer engagements to drive positive outcomes. With a focus on customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving, you will play a supportive role in ensuring the success of our customers’ implementations and ongoing operations.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Understanding customer objectives relative to service delivery resources and actions required to meet objectives
• Facilitating and coordinating communication between various customer stakeholders and Anthology departments as needed
• Supporting customer engagements, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Writing stored procedures/views/functions to generate data as per business requirements
• Developing SSRS reports based on business requirements
• Designing and developing complex ETL solutions using SSIS or KingswaySoft
• Designing and developing complex database solutions using SQL Server
• Creating Import/Export packages in Dynamics D365 solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving reported application issues
• Assisting in the writing of technical documentation, testing, and quality assurance projects as requested
• Assisting with projects as assigned and supporting various product teams, as necessary.
• Providing problem resolution for end users, including research on various data and reporting issues, and collaborating to gain input on potential solutions
• Participating in hands-on technical design, coding, and implementation of product features and improvements
• Responding to the unique challenges of delivering and maintaining cloud-based software including troubleshooting live production environments, minimizing downtime, and responding to customer-reported issues
• Collaborating in a cross-functional agile team to solve challenging technical problems with innovative solutions

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-4 years of experience building MSBI Applications and solutions using MSBI Tools like SSIS, SQL or web application development
• Expertise designing ETL processes
• Proficiency creating, modifying, and deploying SSRS/Power BI reports
• Expertise in writing stored procedures/views/functions, reading query plans, tuning indexes, and troubleshooting performance bottleneck
• Expertise in Dynamics 365, with a focus on customizations, configurations, and extending functionalities within the Dynamics environment
• Experience working with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, or other web technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrating strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional global teams
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to working with new technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Willing to work in UK shift
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred skills/qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core certification(PL- 900, PL- 200 or PL- 400 preferred)
• Experience with advanced Power Automate techniques, such as handling bulk data updates, utilizing loops, and managing large datasets efficiently
• Experience with Cloud platform (e.g., Azure)
• Higher Education industry experience
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics HigherEd Accelerator
