(Senior) Software Engineer
Job Summary
Job Description
The Software Engineer will work with game engineers and development partners to build, enhance, and maintain video games for global audiences. The role involves understanding game developer challenges, creating tools for streamlined game development (from brainstorming to deployment), supporting external developers, and participating in knowledge sharing, technical discussions, and code reviews.
Must have:
- Proficiency in C#, Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience in maintaining software libraries and writing documentation
- Experience with tooling and automation
- Obsession about code and product quality
Good to have:
- Experience building and shipping products using Unity

Job Details
Our client is a leading creator of body motion video technology in the consumer video gaming space. They are seeking a Software Engineer to work alongside their game engineers & development partners to build, enhance and maintain their video games played by people around the world.
What you will do:
- Understand the bottlenecks and pain points of game developers, including designers and other engineers.
- Build tools to streamline game developments, from brainstorming, development to deployment.
- Support external developers who implement games with the company's technology stack.
- Participate in knowledge sharing, technical discussions and code reviews.
What you will need:
- Proficient in one of the following programming languages, including but not limited to C#, Python, Java and JavaScript
- Experience in maintaining software libraries and writing documentations
- Experience with tooling and automation
- Obsessed about code and product quality
- Have experience building and shipping products using Unity (nice-to-have)
