What You’ll Do

The Specialist, Logistics Support will be a key contributor to enabling successful logistics programs.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

  • Logistics cost management to Supports managing logistics freight rates for all shipping and warehousing vendors and insurers, and analyze whether logistics costs is paid according to the freight contracts.
  • Insurance and claim management to Supports checking insurance policy on tasks related to logistics process when change occurs, managing and notifying it to the insurer if the change is required, and researching whether it is reflected in the distribution cost.
  • Warehouse and transportation security to Supports to check the security level of warehouse, shipping vendors and etc. to minimize risks such as theft, loss, etc.
  • Solving logistics operational issues to Assists identifying the cause and the optimal solution for issues that arise during the logistics operations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ year of experience.
  • Has substantial understanding on the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Normally receives little instruction on everyday work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
  • Typically requires a minimum 3 years of related experience since TB1.
  • You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.
  • An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.

Hourly Base Pay Rate

$86,390 - $125,610 USD
