Education: B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline) 

Experience:  5+ years of experience in designing, building, automating, and managing Microsoft Infrastructure technologies in an enterprise setup with customer facing environment. 

Timings: 2PM to 11PM 

Position Requirements: 

- Strong Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 Administration.
- Strong Active Directory experience - Domain Trust Relationships, Group Policies, Directory Replication, Kerberos, Auditing, and Security.
- Strong PowerShell skills (Please have examples and be ready to write a script).
- Configuration Management - SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Virtualization - Hyper-V, Microsoft Failover Cluster.
- Core Enterprise Services - CIFS, LDAP, SFTP, DNS, NTP, RoboCopy, DHCP, and HTTPS.
- Enterprise monitoring solutions - SCOM, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios.
- Strong Understanding of Clusters, Load Balancers, High Availability, DR, and TCP/IP Stack.
- Experience in enterprise administration of Anti-virus or Endpoint protection technologies.
- Establish, Recommend, and Implement tools, technology, and processes for new initiatives.
- Patching, Package Repository Management.
- Handle end-user requests within the defined SLO thru ticketing systems.
- A sense of urgency for issue resolution and providing root cause analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management.
- Exhibits leadership qualities and strong procedural and architectural documentation skills.

Role & Responsibilities: 

- Design, plan and implement Microsoft technologies and infrastructure systems.
- Design and Administration of MS Hyper-V Clusters, Hypervisors, and VMs.
- Patch Windows servers on monthly basis using SCCM.
- Actively participate in outages and large maintenance.
- Automate repetitive and laborious administrative tasks and processes.
- Troubleshoot and repair Active Directory, Windows Servers, Cluster Services, DNS, Backup, and other operating systems as needed.
- Perform Windows environment performance analysis and capacity planning.
- Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies and contribute to long-range planning for system evolution.
- Recommend improvements to existing technologies to increase quality and reduce cost.
- Document strategies, designs, policies, procedures, and status using clear, consistent, and concise language.
