Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice in Aarhus, Denmark. This internship offers on-the-job training and structured programs to develop technical skills. Responsibilities include tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replacements, door handle repairs, wiper blade replacements, 4-wheel alignments (basic understanding required), drive unit replacements (Tesla-specific), basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and using various tools. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, positive, enthusiastic about the automotive industry, fluent in English, and possesses excellent communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, web).

- Drive unit replacements (Tesla specific repair)
- Basic diagnostics
- Body adjustments
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Perform equipment inspections and calibrations
- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
