The Digital Enablement Solutions (DES) Product team is seeking an outstanding Sr. Solutions Manager candidate with the vision, passion and commitment to deliver on Visa's overall digital and mobile enablement strategy in support of multiple digital products, including the Visa Digital Enablement SDK, Visa Campaign Solutions, Loyalty, Visa Offers Platform, Pay with Points and other important initiatives.
The Sr. Solutions Manager position is an individual contributor role that will report to the Senior Director of Solutions Management within the DES Product team. The Solutions Management team is responsible for product readiness, commercialization and operationalization, as well as client readiness and support, for all DES products.
The Sr. Solutions Manager will be an important member of the team responsible for enabling digital solutions specifically focusing on Visa's U.S. and Global issuers, fintechs, group service providers, and third-party processor relationships. This position will be responsible for program management and release management-related initiatives, including business analysis, and commercialization requirements associated with key product initiatives. This position involves working with cross-functional stakeholder teams to prioritize, define and drive quality deliverables, across multiple geographies. Work with teammates in other geographies will likely require flexibility and the adjustment of daily working hours, as needed.
This person will serve as a liaison between the Product Development, Technology, and Project Management (PMO) organizations within Visa for key program initiatives. They will lead assigned business programs as they transition from the Product Development stage through commercialization programs.
This position may be responsible for end-to-end release management communication, when assigned for specific product releases. Additionally, this position may be responsible for producing or reviewing product documentation for internal and external consumption, including but not limited to service descriptions, implementation guides, process flows, client communications and bulletins, and other product-related deliverables as required.
This person will be required to develop and maintain detailed workplans, identify risks and issues, and work closely with their counterparts to ensure on-time delivery with high quality, and accuracy for each assigned deliverable.
The ideal candidate must possess strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills, with a desire to continue to build product implementation and readiness capabilities. Additionally, some experience in project management and an understanding of software development life cycle will be ideal.
Works on assignments of diverse scope where initiative and judgment are required to identify a correct course of action within the context of broad goals and long-term objectives. Work involves multiple domains within Visa.
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned deliverables and managing tasks from ideation through commercialization for assigned programs.
Represent Product and collaborate with Technology organizations for assigned initiatives to ensure Product-defined requirements are met and delivered successfully, and solutions are launched to the market.
Represent Product with account executives, account managers, and clients to drive pilot programs, in-market tests and new product launches for assigned programs.
Maintain repository of Digital and Mobile contracts, to ensure proper coverage for the service.
Maintain and administrate internal product sites, such as Teams, Sharepoint, etc.
Responsible for various solutions and program management artifacts including, but not limited to, process flows, project workplans, RACI documents, and other project documents, as needed.
Identify and manage dependencies across the DES product and client portfolios.
Participates in the documentation and roll-out of new processes and improvement to existing processes, where needed.
Ensures deliverables are in alignment with corporate and department goals.
Interact with clients as needed to review product features, roadmaps, and other plans to promote growth and increase revenue.
Ownership and responsibility for all assigned deliverables, including Release Notes and other Product Development-related release documentation.
Monitor, track and report on the successful launch of product deliverables associated with solutions management assignments.
Responsible for the creation of assigned release documentation and communicating to key stakeholders accordingly.
Some travel may be required.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,700 to 160,650 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
