Tokopedia, Indonesia's leading e-commerce platform, seeks a Client Solutions Manager to join its Ads Solution team. This role involves strategic guidance on Tokopedia Ads products, campaign planning and optimization, data analysis for insights and recommendations, and building client relationships. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in full-funnel campaign execution, a strong understanding of brand advertising, e-commerce goals, and digital marketing priorities. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on problem-solving and data analysis.
Must have:

The Tokopedia Ads Solution team helps brands and businesses achieve their marketing and sales goals by providing high-touch client service, educating clients on Tokopedia Ads offerings, and delivering insights tailored to market needs. We collaborate with various internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions that combine product expertise, industry knowledge, and actionable insights. We are looking for individuals with a strong business mindset and the ability to provide consultative sales support in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities - Offer strategic technical guidance on Tokopedia Ads products in alignment with advertisers' media plans based on their business objectives, supporting sales teams during pre-sale research and presentations. - Plan, optimize, and report on full-funnel campaign performance across Tokopedia Ads product solutions - Analyze campaign data to derive business insights and recommend optimization strategies to improve advertising outcomes. - Conduct post-campaign reviews to uncover insights, offering strategic recommendations for enhancing campaign performance. - Identify trends from past campaigns to establish best practices for clients across multiple verticals. - Work closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Data Analyst, Insight, etc.) to ensure smooth campaign execution and troubleshoot client issues. - Build and foster strong client relationships through regular interaction, review sessions, and strategic planning. - Serve as a product consultant, educating clients and agencies on Tokopedia Ads products and best practices, while also growing partnerships. - Lead discussions on product updates, educating brands and agencies on new and existing products, offering strategies to drive groundbreaking campaign results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in strategizing, planning, and executing full-funnel campaigns in-house/agency/media publishers, focusing on branding and/or performance campaigns on social and e-commerce platforms. - Experience working with FMCG, Beauty, F&B, or Electronics category. - Strong understanding of brand advertising, major campaign channels, e-commerce goals, and digital marketing priorities. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Tokopedia Ads Product Solutions (Product Ads, Headline Ads & TDN) or other onsite e-commerce ads solutions - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail and the ability to derive actionable insights.
