We seek an experienced Sr. Full-Stack Engineer with strong automation skills and a good understanding of AI capabilities to enhance our internal processes using low-code platforms like Retool and Tray.
As a Sr. Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the technology that drives internal processes across multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Human Resources, and Product/Engineering. Your expertise in automation, AI capabilities, API development, and frontend design will be instrumental in creating robust solutions that enhance efficiency and streamline operations within the organization. What you’ll do:
- Automation and AI Integration:
- Implement AI-driven solutions to automate internal processes and improve efficiency.
- Integrate chatbots with business applications and internal tools to provide a seamless user experience.
- Evaluate and utilize AI capabilities within low-code platforms like Retool and Tray to enhance internal tools.
- Internal Tool Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly internal tools using low-code platforms (e.g., Ultimate.io, Retool) and APIs.
- Integrate internal tools with various backend systems, including Salesforce, Zuora, and Snowflake.
- Ensure the tools are scalable, secure, and meet the specific needs of different departments.
- General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Continuously improve and optimize the technology stack to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues related to APIs and internal tools.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience with automation and internal tool development.
- 3-5 years of experience developing internal tools using low-code platforms (e.g., Ultimate.io, Retool).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Java frameworks (a plus).
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and integration within low-code platforms, but not necessarily in developing AI/ML models.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs, including defining endpoints, data structures, and communication protocols.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to track the performance and availability of microservices.
- Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working and integrating with Salesforce, Zuora, and Snowflake.
Targeted Base Salary Range: $127,800 to $196,000
The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
